Caring professionals.

Our Practice

Penscott Corporation has been helping and healing patients at the Penscott Medical Practice in Danville, California, since 2003.

Our integrative medicine approach relies heavily on collaborative partnerships with our patients and clients. We take the time to listen and pay attention to all of their symptoms and concerns; and treat the whole person—body, mind and spirit, not just their symptoms or illness.

Today, modern technology allows us to reach many, many more people through the APOE Gene Program. Our commitment to caring for the whole person continues to be a central component of our approach. We encourage program users to call us with their questions and participate in live events with Pam and her team.

With her commitments to educating the public and professionals about the role of the APOE gene, Pam sees only a limited number of patients. Appointments can be made with any of our well-trained providers at Danville, or with our providers at other locations across the country.

E-mail or phone to schedule an appointment either with a provider in your local area, or at our Danville Practice.

Pam McDonald, FNP
A lifetime of dedication to patient health and well-being

Meet Pam

Pamela McDonald, NP

Pam is an integrative medicine nurse practitioner, author, and international speaker who focused her work on the prevention of chronic illness, especially heart disease and Alzheimer’s disease.

Pam has used her advanced specialty training in surgery, women’s health, adult primary care, pediatrics, pediatric obesity, family practice, cardiovascular and heart disease prevention, nutrition, exercise sports medicine, mind-body medicine, energy medicine, and botanical medicine to develop the groundbreaking APOE Gene Program.

The foundation of her work utilizes the body’s own unique genetic expression in combination with its innate healing system. She draws on medical science and technology, and rigorous scientific research, to prescribe a unique program for health and healing that encompasses mind, body, emotion and spirit.

Pam was born in Paisley, Scotland, and grew up in the southernmost part of England. She originally trained as a nurse at the Royal Hospital of St. Bartholomew’s in London, England. Pam has three daughters, and two grandchildren. She lives in Northern California with her husband, Rick, and youngest daughter.

Why Pam Created this Program

Welcome. I’m Pam McDonald, founder of the APOE Gene Online Program.

I have been working in the medical field for almost forty years. I have seen illness ranging from the common cold to the deadliest cancer, and everything in between. Unfortunately, disease often shows up when least expected, and can create life-shattering consequences—not only for those diagnosed, but also for their loved ones.

Virtually every one of us will be touched, in some way, by a life threatening disease. Disease brings with it many painful experiences, yet few are more devastating than the emotional distress and panic that people come up against when diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.

As a medical practitioner Family Nurse Practitioner, I see people facing this kind of thing every day. This is heartbreaking to me because I know, from my experience with many thousands of patients, that many of these diseases can be prevented—even reversed.

Since the release of my book, The Perfect Gene Diet, patients have come from all over the world to see me. These people have seen many doctors—to no avail. I felt so blessed to be able to help each one of them, to improve their health.

I am dedicated to spreading the message that diet is a critical part of disease prevention and management— and that a person’s APOE gene is a vital factor in determining the correct diet, as well as life style choices for that person.
